Chainels is the tenant app that engages landlords and tenants to turn any multi-occupier building or district into a thriving community. The company first began as a graduation project at the Delft University of Technology and has since grown into a scale-up with a portfolio of national and international clients.
An all-in-one digital solution, Chainels enables owners and operators to connect and create a transparent dialogue with occupiers, both informing and receiving feedback on diverse topics organised into workflows.
From Europe to Latin America, Chainels transforms stakeholders of mixed-use destinations, shopping centres, office buildings into collaborative communities. Property developers, owners and operators of high streets, cities and BIDs have empowered their tenants to collaborate on the challenges facing their businesses.
Accessed with a single portal, Chainels connects internal and external departments including property management, marketing, leasing, facility management, asset management and other stakeholders such as security, and local public officials. The tenant app serves as a central interface to keep all parties informed and maintain access to a property’s premium services.
Based in Rotterdam, a team of in-house product developers, creative designers, business developers and customer success managers make up Chainels. The team provides world-class service and is always willing to go the extra mile, constantly pushing the boundaries of our product to better serve the needs of our customers.
Our team also knows how to have fun, enjoying social activities and sharing great stories over lunch and during dinners. We laugh, cry and cheer loudly when we win in playing various (online) sports!
The team is armed with knowledge driven by our own experience, passion and interest, and fed by the constant feedback and input from our clients to strengthen our continuous development.
