The Staff Discounts section is both modern-looking and user-friendly. With an awesome user experience, tenants will be encouraged to check out discounts on a regular basis and in turn, engage with the platform as a whole.
All discounts can be organised alphabetically by a company’s name or based on a discount’s creation date, from newest to oldest. Users can choose how to view the discounts. These sorting methods will also save management and marketing teams’ time.
Users can click the heart to add discounts to their own favourites section, easily finding discounts later when they want to use them.
Didn’t save a discount, want to use it now and don’t have time to scroll and look for it? We’ve made it easy for users to find that one discount they need: just search for a specific discount. Enter the brand’s name – or whatever keyword or text can be remembered – to find the discount in the filtered results.
The community’s engagement with a discount will be logged and can be visualised in a monthly report. This enables community managers to analyse every discount’s performance. Understanding the performance of a discount will help community managers to optimise future discounts as well as provide information for community engagement reports.
