Stakeholders within shopping centres, high streets, factory outlets and city centres use our intuitive app to collaborate on topics such as marketing, security, facility and governance. We make communication effortless and provide tenants with easy access to all the available services. We build strong multi-stakeholder communities with engaged users and optimised workflows.
Based in Rotterdam, we serve over 250 communities consisting of 35.000 companies across nine countries. Several big players like De 9 Straatjes, Gothenburg City, the Markthal, WTC Rotterdam/Den Haag, CBRE GI, Atrium European Real Estate and Wereldhave use our product.
Currently, Chainels is expanding further into promising markets such as Germany, France, Poland, the Nordics and the United Kingdom. The focus is on improving and growing our proposition for commercial real estate. To manage and support this growth we are looking for a sales executive to join our team!
You will be part of the Business Team which consists of account management, sales, content marketing and customer success. You will work closely with the other disciplines to generate leads and convert these leads to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for the success of your own portfolio of international clients and maximize revenue from your portfolio.

What you will do:
Help us bring the world’s most advanced Tenant Engagement Platform to new customers globally.
Be at the frontline of the Proptech revolution and engage with senior leadership online & at events.
Grow and manage your accounts and international network, constantly look out for new business opportunities, manage and prioritise your pipeline and pitch Chainels to new leads.
Own bidding processes, convert deals and manage requirements/needs from multiple stakeholders, e.g. asset management, marketing, property management, IT & legal.
Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value.
Higher level of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
You are smart, analytical, tech savvy, entrepreneurial and resourceful.
Motivated by a career in sales and with a track record that shows you are on top of your game.
Experience with selling to complex DMUs (decision-making units) and winning new business deals.
Excellent English verbal and writing skills; French, German, Dutch and/or another language would be a big plus!
Knowledge from and insights in tech/SaaS business is preferred.
You take ownership of everything you do.
You are naturally persuasive and can influence with little effort.
Affinity with retail and/or real estate is a plus.
Your commercial attitude is contagious to the rest of the team.
You are proactive and resourceful; a real self-starter.
Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus.
